Watch The New Evian "Babies on Skates" video The whole CGI-enabled "babies talking and/or acting like adults" thing kinda creeps me out, and this ad for Evian, in which babies are doing rollerskate stunts and breakdancing to "Rapper's Delight," is no exception. That said, it's pretty seamless, definitely hilarious (love the cocky "What?" stance at 0:43), and a marked improvement on the ho-hum synchronized swimming Evian ad from a couple months ago. Plus, they toss in a few giggles, coos, and toddles to help cute it up a bit. Definitely a clever way to hammer home Evian's "Live Young" slogan and help bring a hip-hop coolness to a brand that could still benefit from anything that helps shed its lingering Yuppie-Water stigma. What think ye?
The new Evian roller babies commercial is so precious, as well as a YouTube sensation! The evian ad shows precious skating babies that looks so real. Some argue it’s creepy but it’s so darn cute. See the Evian babies on skates videos below.
In the Evian ad, you see darling babies on roller skates dancing and doing tricks. Of course the goal of the ad is it’s positive affect on your body and Evian’s claim it “supports the body’s youth.”
“Consumers expect more from a big brand - emotion, dream. This is what we want to achieve - hence this breakaway and back to roots campaign,” Michael Aidan, Evian’s worldwide brand director, told the Telegraph.
